I Think i got a Problem..with my xbox one..

hey guys i got a prob idk if its really prob but looks like so... anyways when i purchased polk 4 shot headset and updated controller i can only hear sound from the headset i mean it wasnt coming out of the TV when i plug in the controller that was
good but...now i plugged it in the controller now i can hear double sound coming from TV,Headset...any solution ?

ok so went to go on the box,all my achiements,game score,wallpaper is all gone.i can log on as per normal but even my gamer is white,seems i lost everything apart from my game tag any ideas on what has happened,im not all that techy so need all the help

Check your settings mate. Make sure you audio settings are set to headset.

 

Do you mean in Digital audio? well both of em hdmi audio,optical audio are stereo uncompressed. and it was working fine i dont know what happened.. :/

 

not sure if mine was the same issue, but when i got my adapter and hooked up my TB headset, i was getting the game sound through the controller and from the TV at the same time which gave an echo and sounded awful.

i ended up turning down the game volume on the adapter as far as it would go so the sound was only coming from the TV and that worked for me.

"Xbox Mute" mutes the TV not Xbox. Done.

"Xbox Unmute" to reverse.

 

Sure dude but..what happened? it wasnt like that when i bought it..lol
