    Hi I purchased my Xbox One Titanfall Bundle today around 12 PM Central US and well I have the same trouble as everyone I was unable to sign in.

    I did everything

    turning off and on my xbox (proper way hold the xbox button on the xbox)

    unplugging my wire internet

    unplugging everything and re plugging it

    so just a few mins ago I just forget it ima do a "Factory Default Restart" since I had nothing on my xbox since it's fresh and new I had nothing to loose

    FDR is found in settings and then system settings and what do you know IT WORKED

    i am now able to login. I don't know if this will work with people who already have things on the xbox one I just know it will work for those who bought the bundle.

    my only problem that I have is that I am unable to download my titanfall game due to the fact that it is not a disk instead it is a download from the store I do not know how to do truck where it wont download updates. If anyone had a trick to it please let
    me know ASAP.

    Im also in canada with same exact problem at least i found out i wasent alone.. im waiting for a call back from microsoft support maybe they will givean answer :s

    I think I found the answer to Microsoft problem

    Quite often a hard reset will fix this problem, simply keep your finger on the power button continuously for 8-10 seconds (until it goes off) Then restart the Xbox One.
