Hi,

I have recently picked up a 7 days communications ban I would like to know why I have received this and also if there is a way to reverse this because I haven't done anything wrong. I was being harassed by a member on Xbox Live I cannot remember who it was
but I didn't retaliate and send any harrsement back. Please reply ASAP and please help me this issue.

Why Have I Been Suspended

Hello xbox customer support! When I got home from Easter break I tried playing xbox and A messaged appeard on my screen saying you have been suspended untill 12/31/9999? I dont know why exactly why this happend but before I had gone out of
town for Easter I was playing a SnD game on MW2 and a person was geeting upset with me because I kept killing him. So him being mad he threatned me saying he was going to call microsoft and get me banned, I dont know if this is why I am banned but for some
reason I am! My gamertagg is ZnS ReFleX if you would please reply to this most giving me information on why my account has been suspended. Because
ive always loved playing xbox and enjoying online with friends. I also have a credit card on my account and dont want it to keep being charged if im not going to be alowed to acced my account!

My rule of thumb when dealing with problem players is to report, block, and walk away. Many of them want you to respond in an aggressive way so they can then report YOU for violations. Be extra careful when encountering these players and make sure not
to let them goad you into saying something that could get you a penalty!

You should never react to that type of player and instead just report, block, and leave the lobby, and take a break and cool down if you need to.

All you can do is appeal to Xbox enforcement. The forums cannot help with account suspensions.
