Xbox won't let me sign in.

Hello, my Xbox keeps disconnecting me from Xbox Live and when I try to sign back in it just keeps saying, "A problem occurred while singing in. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support." And this just keeps happening. Please
help

hey its ok not yer fault hackers are flooding XBL give them a chance to fix it they have to prolly find and arrest them to stop it it is a flood so that means they mass log in and crashXBL not XBLs fault these hackers did this to PSN and others.

@Matty - did you even take any time to read through any of the 1000 posts about XBL being down??? You wouldn't have had to pile on with this idiotic message if you just would have read through every other forum post for the past 15 hours. Quit your crying.

I'm afraid it's a widespread issue at this point.

If you keep checking back to the
Xbox Live Status page, it should let you know when everything is back up and running normally.

Let us know if you have any trouble after that!

I just disconnected my console from the internet and tested if Forza works offline and it does. All of my cars and save progress was intact as well. Remember achievements will not pop until you connect to Xbox Live.

Same thing here. Was playing Destiny fine this morning. Went to work, came home and tried to play again but I keep getting the same 800705B4 error. It's telling me that I can't connect to xbox live, but when I try to test my connection, it says I'm connected
and all my online friends pop up. Someone please help!

My speed test results are 11.49 down and 0.97 up. When I test the Xbox live connection, it is telling me the connection is working perfectly, but the issues persist, nonetheless. And things were working up until about a week ago. Nothing has changed in
our wireless setup.

I tried all of those things and none of them worked, also while I'm trying to connect to Live a little message pops up asking if I want to update my Xbox, it always pops just before it finishes connecting to the last one (Xbox Live). And so when I try to
download the update it says that I need to be connected to Xbox Live and then I get these numbers: 3CD6 - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 2741

I actually had this error today. It occurred right after a beta update. I could not log into my profile it kept telling me that I had to input my email and pass to sign into live.

What I did to resolve this issue:

shut the Xbox down via the guide button on the controller

-press the guide button and hold it in until you get the turn off console pop up

-select turn off console then press A

I then shut off my Modem and unplugged all power to it.

Let the router sit for a minute.

Then plugged it back in and powered it on.

Booted up my xbox and tested my xbox live connection.

to check your xbox live connection:

Scroll to the settings on your dashboard

select system

select network settings

choose your network setup either wired or wireless which ever you use

select test xbox live connection

Now let your system do its thing.

My xbox connected to live after testing the connection.

If your xbox doesn't reconnect after testing let us know what message you get.
