    I take care of my Elite 2 but it needs to be RMA'd due to a common Right Bumper issue these...


    So, I take really good care of this controller and there's no way I'm paying $100 for an issue that seems to be on Microsoft since many people have this issue as well after a quick google search. I'm trying to explain my situation to an actual Customer
    Service rep however they don't allow you to contact them for this issue instead they send you to the warranty section that makes you pay $100.

    Can I get help from a rep or do I just gotta avoid all things Xbox from now on?

    That's what I wanted to do but I was afraid they might tell me to just bug off for using the wrong category.

    Edit: I'm going to give it a try though.

    Well, They said nothing can be done because the 90-day warranty is up. $200 controller that only comes with 90-day manufacture warranty what an absolute joke considering hardware defects seem to be common in the Elites. I'll be skipping the Xbox Series
    X and any other future Microsoft products.

    If I send in my Xbox elite 2 to Microsoft can they fix the right bumper problem. I have already sent one Xbox elite 2 in and had the right bumper fixed and it lasted 2 weeks before having the same problem.

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.
