I suspect someone hacked into my Minecraft Account, how do I remove them?

So I'll be able to get my tag back once the UA lockdown is over?

If spaces and capitalization do not create a unique gamertag then how did someone get do ug since I have had the name Doug for a lot longer?

It kills me that I have to lose my tag because someone hacked my account.

Also, considering the name do ug was made the same day my tag was hacked it may be safe to assume that that person is at the very least suspect.

I suspect that my Xbox One was hacked. How do I confirm my suspicions?

If someone you suspect is hacking or cheater and they attempt to contact you, I would leave the game session and block and report them to prevent any further problems. It rarely happens but when it does, they usually try to get a reaction out of you in
order for them to do anything to your account or worse.

But may I ask if this is a Microsoft account login you're using in your Minecraft launcher, or is it still a Mojang account? For a Microsoft account, you can try to recover your account through the https://account.live.com/acsr page if you lose access to your account.

For a Mojang account, it would be best to submit a ticket to the Minecraft support page at https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request... to report the theft of your account's login token and see if they can do anything about it.
