All I have to say is, wow.

I downloaded Battlefield 4 with my profile on Xbox Live.

I had been playing it every day almost. Now all of a sudden, "If you own this game, insert your disk." I tried again, and I got into the game and played. My game is a digital copy, so I don't have a disk. I quit, and then tried to go and play again, and
now it won't launch at all. I keep getting that same message. (Error 0x87de07d1) Now when I go to my games on the website, there's a "Default title" with a placeholder image where BF4 was. You can check my feed, I have clips of me playing the campaign.

Yes I'm signed into Xbox Live. Yes it's on my profile. I've had Xbox Live for going on 6 years so I know it should be there. I played it yesterday for crying out loud!

I don't own games I have bought

This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

so I got on my personal Xbox which is my home Xbox and tried play some games that I bought on my account that didn't work it said I didn't own them so I went to get help and was told to reinstall and now it is just saying game will start soon Idk
what's wrong if I could get help it would be very appreciated

Same here been playing both Battle Field 4 and Hardline the past week today now it says i dont own then WTF i paid 4.99 for both of them last week now i dont own them

its just a profile glitch , try and just sign out and then back in....if its still acting up , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

If you two are currently in the preview program / in the latest preview update because that seems like it is appearing for multiple players including me.

Xbox customer support has stated that the glitch isn't permanent It's temporary and the games should appear back after. So there is no worries.

For anyone who is playing either of the Battlefield games without having purchased them, the reason would be that the EA Access promotion allowing free access to both games ended on Wednesday 22nd June, so to continue playing you would need to buy the game
digitally or insert a disc.

For everyone else - try a power cycle as suggested by Bimnog. Alternatively, delete and redownload Battlefield to see if that helps.

Apparently I have the same problem but its with the Destiny game. I own the digital copy but now it says please insert disc. I have been playing for over a year and now this. Hope this is a glitch and gets fixed soon.

Hey everyone as i mentioned previously wait it out.

I just recently got my games back with no troubleshooting. It'll be a day or so then it should appear back no worries.

Please check your Purchase history by going to your Xbox account's Order History at https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history and see if both games are listed as purchased. If Saints Row 1 is missing, it may not have been processed correctly.

And then verify the promotion details because a “Buy One Get One Free” deals have specific conditions, like needing to add both games to your cart. Check if the promotion was applied correctly.

Next is to restart your device and refresh your library. A quick restart can update your game library and make missing purchases appear.

Then redownload the game. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store or your Xbox game library and check if Saints Row 1 appears. If it does, you should be able to install it again.

As for the error, can you please confirm if you were attempting to make this purchase directly through your Xbox console or through a web browser on PC? Are you able to download the game as a Game Pass subscriber?

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft game.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transaction. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log out and re-login to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, this means that the game was purchased on a different account. Please check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Also…apparently when trying to login with the email it said he needs to migrate. But we’ve already done that (again, he’s been playing up until yesterday).

And he isn’t using the Xbox app just the Minecraft pc launcher. So maybe I do need to just deal with mojang and maybe not a Microsoft issue (tried going right to them as well and not this Xbox help line but cannot get anyone there either)
