    I suck pls help


    Hello! I'm new to consoles and I am a noob.

    Ok... so I got a brand new xbox one s, installed it and I installed Fortnite (of course). I ordered the freeze bundle and I put the redeemed the code and then a screen appeared but I didn't pay attention so I skipped it. It was about installing the bundle
    I think....so...when I wanted to get back to that screen or install the bundle I searched everywhere but I couldn't find it or install the bundle. I can't redeem the code again....and I'm kind of scared that I wasted money in that bundle and I can't collect
    my items. Can someone tell me that I'm stupid and help me?

    Hiya!

    Thanks for responding back so quickly, I recommend logging into the game and checking if the in game content is available there. Maybe check your inventory through the main menu.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums! Don't worry, anything you own will be there for you even if you don't install it right away. I would like you to check for any missing DLC by following these steps :

    1. Go to "My games and apps"
    2. Go over to Fortnite and press the options (Start) button
    3. Select "Manage game"
    4. Go to the "Ready to install" section

    From here, you will see all DLC that you own for this game that is currently not installed. Other content, like V-Bucks, will show up for you in game.

    If you click on your profile at the top right of the page and select "My Microsoft account" it will take you to a page where you can view your purchases (inclusive of redeeming online codes). That should tell you if the correct item (in this case Deep
    Freeze bundle) was applied to the correct account.

    I did this... I went to My Apps and Games, clicked on Games, and then to the ready to install tab but nothing was there. I went to Manage Add-ons tab and it was empty

    On the console there is a Games and Apps section. From there you can see everything you have installed, anything that is still installing, or anything that is Ready to Install. Check there to see if it's been installed already. For add-ons, you'll
    need to highlight the game, click the menu button on the controller (the 3 lines) and choose Manage Game and you can view the add-ons there.
