    I submitted multiple refunds and haven’t gotten my money


    I submitted multiple refunds that have been approved 2 days ago and I still have not gotten my money bank. Also I clearly stated that I wanted in Microsoft Account Balance since I was using a Visa Gift Card My Gamertag: TwitchWrathz

    That has a cartoonish gamerpic and around 2,000 Gamerscore was the account I bought it on for my Main Which is Luv Recon if it’s possible please help me and cancel it if its pending for the Vanila Visa Card and Make it microsoft account balance Please save
    me the money since I want to get Darksouls 2 for Xbox One

    It can typically take 3 to 5 business days for money to be refunded after a refund is approved.

    I'm not sure how they'll handle where the funds will go back. You may have to try replying to the email you received approving the refund to reach out to the refund specialists, or contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
