    I submitted a refund request and it was denied for something impossible


    My refund request was denied because I "ran out of refunds for this year" even though I have never once refunded a single item on this account. They straight up lied just to not give my money back that I LITERALLY WAS GONNA SPEND AGAIN ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT!

    I don't think they realize the kind of influence and power I have. If I'm not given my refund I'll make sure every single possible costumer knows about my story involving how Microsoft scammed me and that's a promise. Keep in mind I'm documenting every single thing through photos and other forms of evidence.

    Give me a refund, a VALID reason besides the "14 days" thing since I asked for a refund WAAYYY before 14 days, or switch my purchase to my other account.

    This is ridiculous. Take this as a warning and a threat. You've messed with the wrong person.

You can try responding to the email you received denying your request to contact the refund specialists. You can also try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can see more information on why it was denied.     Submitting a refund request is the only way to get a refund. If they denied it, it's most likely because it was played for a significant amount of time before submitting the request.
