    I submitted a case review and it is completely ignored after 2 weeks and seems to be gone


    On 15th Janurary 2022 my microsoft account was permanently suspended from xbox live, which prevents me from logging in on the minecraft launcher to play minecraft java edition. This currently prevents me from playing the game, which is very unfortunate. When my account became suspended, there first was an issue where enforcement.xbox.com didn’t show the enforcement actions. Some weeks later it was finally fixed and I was able to find out, for what reason the account was suspended. It says, that my account was permanently suspended from xbox live for "Harassment/Abuse/Threats". I don’t understand it, since the only thing, that I used this account for, is playing minecraft java edition, since mojang wants you to migrate to a microsoft account. (There is also a deadline on 10th March) I have no idea what they mean by that. I don’t think, that I did what is mentioned on the page. After I finally saw the reason I submitted a case review, which was 2 weeks ago now and it seems to be completely ignored. How long does it usually take to get an answer from a case review? Yesterday it still said "Under Review". Today I looked again and now this "Under Review" is completely gone and there is no way to submit a new case review. Is there anything, that I can do to have my account unsuspended and be able to play minecraft again? Since I know, I did not do, what is mentioned on the page, I already changed my password in case my account was hacked. I just want to play minecraft!     I know. But why did the "Under Review" status vanish and why is there no way to submit a new case review?

    A case review is the only way to possibly have your account unbanned.

    Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. Microsoft support are unable to do anything with an enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to
    Enforcement website. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.



    Case Review Procedure

    * Submit Case: You are about to submit a case for review. Please make sure to include any relevant information or facts before submitting.

    * Under Review: Your case is currently under investigation by XBLPET.

    * Need Info: XBLPET requires additional information from you. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s latest comment and submit additional details to continue the investigation. Note that not every case will
    require additional information and/or discussion.

    * Decision: The Case Review has completed. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s comments for additional information.

    * Summary: The completed outcome of the Case Review, which you may refer to following the case’s closure.



    You can check your Case Review status at any time by visiting your Enforcement History or Case Review History.
    Enforcement are the only ones that can help with this issue.Best thing to do in cases like this is report, ignore and block them. Once you replied with the swear you violated the code of conduct and they reported
    you for it.
