I still not received for Alan Wake Code.

But I got code for Alan Wake Nightmare / Quantum Break ( WIN 10 ) ( Not For Alan Wake )

These are due to be sent out 7-10 days once the game is released So once the game is released, wait up to 10days, and if you still havent' received the code, head back here and let us know then

I am sure this is past for more 10 days from the game is released, but I still not received so I post this for your kind assistance.

Anyone, please advised what should I do or just wait

Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

 

Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

 

This is so ***.still waiting on preorder *** and on top of that the first person I called about this issue basically called me a liar about the content I was suppose to get. This is the first time in 7 years of membership that I've had a real problem. And
yet from the way I was treated by the first person I've had no compensation and from waiting this long I've had no compensation. This forum isn't meant to make it so our problems are solved it's meant to give us a place to go vent. They would rather we waste
time talking politics to each other rather than them actually solving our issue and having to listen to us. All they tell us on here is a *** script. I've never been so appalled in my life by the way they are treating this issue.
