    Hello, I won the forza 7 virtual keys and instant win sweepstakes the other day. I sent out a request for help to see if I could get my rewards sent to another email and was replied to by your support saying no that they could only re send them to my email
    linked to my account. I was unable to respond seeing how my post got locked. I was able to get on my email that is linked but my account wasn't active for over 180 days so I have no old emails so i'd like to see if there is anyway I can have my emails resent
    to the account that won? Please respond I'd really like to get the rewards I won

    Well the only reason I got Dishonored 2 preorder was because it was on the punchcard and Xbox rewards. I never really have preordered a game before this I was on Xbox reward and was like yea I could probably start and I got Infinite Warfare before Dishonored
    2. Genuinely I think I should still have all three done without RE7. But either way I should get it because I preordered 4 games on your punchcard list

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see description in the next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between 1 October 2016 00:01 UTC and 31 December 2016 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or
    another world time database to determine local time.

    As mentioned in your previous post (Help me), since your purchase of Dishonored 2 was made before the
    offer period, it was not eligible for this offer. You will receive your punch for Resident Evil in the time period stated in your previous post.

    As mentioned in your previous thread (Need help with Forza 7 sweepstakes) we have contacted our win fulfillment team, and they
    have re-sent the email. You should see these shortly. Note that the email you registered into the sweeps with is neither the email we see set as your account email or billing email, which you can see on your Microsoft Account page.

    If you could use the private message function on the forums (the envelope icon on this post) to send us the email address you are expecting to receive this email at, we can confirm or deny if that is your Forza registered email. We have also re-triggered
    this win email to your Forza registered email address, with the help of our win fulfillment team.

    and we will be able to confirm or deny if this is the email on file. We see that you have sent multiple messages, but none of them have your email address in them.
