    I still haven't received my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition after a month.


    I preordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition on February 9th, Order c0226ca2-747d-43bc-94fd-351beaf43653, and my email and orders on my Microsoft account both said that I own and received Halo Wars Definitive Edition, but I never received my email, and yes,
    I've checked ALL of my folders. It's rather absurd that there is even a code being sent out through email, it should have just been packaged in and appear in my library (and it does, I'm just unable to launch it) let alone that it has been a month and I still
    haven't received the code.

    Haven't received DL code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition

    I preordered the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 on Jan 12, and still haven't received my DL code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition 11 days later. Please advise.

    These codes are not sent out via email, but instead are sent over Xbox Live messages. Try checking your
    Xbox Live messages here, and open up a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see a code there, let us know!

    You can also check your Xbox Live messages within the Xbox app.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only available for those who pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.

    You can also try to search for Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the your Xbox One under the Ready to Install list (My Apps & Games).

    Pre-order the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and receive Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016.
