I still haven't received a Dark Souls backwards compatibility code

I still haven't received a message on Xbox about my original Dark Souls backwards compatibility code. I've chatted with the support team four times and every time I've been given a date or time-frame that I continue to pass up to this point. I saw on a forum
to make another post if I still haven't gotten the code by Friday, March 11th.

Dark Souls code never received

Hello,

I purchased the deluxe edition of Dark Souls 3 on this account. It has been longer than 5-10 days and I still have not received my code for a copy of Dark Souls (for backwards compatibility use).

Dark Souls code with Dark Souls 3 pre-order

Since Dark Souls is already availabe in Backwards Compatibility, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 to get to play the game before the new one comes out. I haven't yet received a redeemable code and a lot of people report that it takes way more than 7-10 days to
get the code. As it is I don't think other people and I will be able to play the first Dark Souls before Dark Souls 3 comes out.
