    I still have the black screen after 2 months! Please help


    My console wasn’t even part of the insider program but I still got the black screen of death. I tried every possible way to reset or restart the console. Nothing worked. The last I heard was that Microsoft was gonna release an update mid September to fix the bug, but that obviously didn’t happen.

    Please lmk if there’s anything I can do to fix this, this is really frustrating

    Same issue here. No games will play at all... disc games, downloaded games, x360 games... all get stuck on a black screen after initial startup screen. I uninstalled the latest game update (minecraft) and still having issues. MS support please help
