I still have not yet received my Xbox One X power cable 15 days after my console delivered

Hello, I sent out my Xbox One X console for repair due to "Not turn on" problem on 4/30/2020. I thought the power cable may be related to the problem so I packed the power cable with the console and shipped it out (I have only received the shipping label,
the shipping instruction was never sent to me). On 5/15/2020 my console was delivered to me by FedEx. However, I only found the console in the box but no power cable. I called the help center and the agent said the cable was sent to me separately and just
wait a few days. After a week I called the help center again and was told it should be delivered in 10 days. Now it has been 15 days since my console was delivered, I still have not received my power cable back. I contacted the help center and the agent told
me to wait another 5 business days. This is ridiculous, I never heard any domestic mail needs so long to deliver. All the agents were not able to check what is going on with this case and trying to push it to the next agent.

Has anyone been in this situation before and how long does it take to receive the accessory back from the repair center?

Hi Brad, I have made multiple calls to the support in the past 15 days since my console delivered. All they can tell is waiting. No agent is able to check the status of the power cord. Today I called support again they still asked me to wait. The agents
are mysteriously confident that the power cable is still on the way, and not willing to send a new one.

All i can suggest is call Xbox Customer Service and let them know tgat your console has been returned from repair but your cable isnt there?

when you send a console you send just the console, unless they specifically booked in the power cable too then nothing but the console will return.

you will need to speak to support as repair dont send any extras back unless it is booked with the unit.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a repair. We recommend to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I also purchased a year of Xbox Live Gold Membership on 7/05/15, and 8 days later i still have not received my credits. I was planning on using it to change my Gamertag but I have yet to receive my credits. Please help!
