I still have issues with Xbox Games with Gold. AND OF COURSE MICROSOFT SUPPORT OFFERS ZERO SOLUTION!!!!!!

A few games I downloaded work, a few do not, it is random and it is not my HD because I downloaded

some games after the ones that did not work and they work. (It is not bad sector on my HD).

ex: I downloaded Left 4 Dead it worked, Assassin's Creed 3 it did not work (so I deleted it), then downloaded Dragon Age: origins and it worked.

I have exhausted trouble shooting steps, did everything they could think of and spent

way to many of my hours trying to solve this......any real help is welcome, as Xbox company does not care.

I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE, I WANT TO BE ABLE TO PLAY:

(Microsoft reps have implied that I am looking for "free" Xbox live credits, this is false, I do not even play my 360 online, I have an enormous vintage
Xbox and 360 physical collection and have been a member since Xbox Live first started, this is more about fighting the good fight and making sure Microsoft actually reaches an expectable resolution to not providing the customer service they claim to provide).

NONE OF THESE WORK!!!!!

Hi. I was just wondering if the monthly free games with gold offers will still be available after the transition to Microsoft Rewards program is enacted?

I am having an issue that I believe can be solved by simply resetting my account. Finally bought the teenagers an XBOX cause they were desperate for Halo4. I set up a LIVE account in Canada, but the Microsoft Account refuses to believe I am not in the
US, o when I try to set up "billing" info, it allows me to enter name/address, but offers only State options (not provinces), asks for my postal code (a Canadian anomoly) but has an unchangeable "region" as US. I have spent. So of course, I get error messages.
XBOX's support solution was to buy a Gold membership card ($60), and redeem it. But Microsoft Accounts still wants my subscription info, which of course isn't working. System won't let me edit my info; support people tell me they can't cancel anything;
still waiting for this last person to call back with a solution. Anyone have suggestions outside of setting a new email or moving to the US?

Another issue I see is when I sign into Microsoft it shows this profile name, but this is his little brothers. He has nothing under it. His profile name is RED FAITH X1. I can see it but it is not connected to this account???? It is the one he has had
from the beginning. He is a gold member and throws that is you look him up but again it's not connected to this account?

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'd want to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. They usually don't have any offers to award points for purchases of gold.

For help with the Xbox Rewards program, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at
least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
