I still don't have my rewards points for the pre order of battlefield one

I preordered battlefield 1 and still haven't gotten my 15,000 rewards points

The 15,000 credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped as long as you preordered a physical disc from microsoftstore.com

 

I bought it digitally from the Xbox Store

 

Digital orders are not eligible for that offer. There was an offer early in September to receive credits for preordering that game so support can check if your preorder was eligible for that, or if you purchased it later in September it would have counted
towards your VIP rebate. Otherwise, there have been no other offers to receive credits for preordering that game digitally.

 

I got it early June when there was a offer

 

If you preordered it within the first 30 days of being available for purchase, it would have gone towards the Games on Demand punchcard offer at that time. You would have needed to purchase 2 other eligible games in order to complete that offer and receive
the credits.

At the time of your purchase, there was no offer that a digital pre-order of Battlefield would have qualified for. The only offer that would have awarded 15,000 Credits for a single purchase would have been the "Pre-order the hottest games" offer, but that
only Rewards physical (disc) purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was made digitally, it did not qualify for that offer.
