I still don't have my ea acess code after 10 days

I pre ordered fifa 17 on the 10th of September and I am ment to get a 1 month ea acess code and I still don't have it and it ses the maximum wait is 10 days

ONE MONTH EA ACCESS CODE WITH MADDEN 17 not recieved

I pre-ordered madden 17 and was supposed to recieve a one month ea acess code in 7-10 days and i have not recieved it yet and it is past 10 days already
