I still didn't receive mixpot as reward of Halo 5 Final match

I still didn't receive it. To solve this, I contacted MS support team 3 times by chat but still it was not resolved.

I contacted c/s team 2 weeks ago at first, they said it would be resolved within 2-3 business days. BUT NOTHING WAS HAPPENED!!

So I asked any help again last week, they said it was on processing and they would give me the feedback within 24 hours. Of course, there was NO FEEDBACK!!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed at MS support. I HOPE YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SOON!!!!

Don't expect MS Service - VERY VERY POOR

I didn't receive the mixpot as reward of Halo 5 final match. So I asked any help to MS Support Team last April, but still I didn't receive any reply.

I also posted this forum once, but NO ONE POSTED ANY COMMENT.

MS SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR.

I understand why Sony PS4's sales record is overwhelming MS xbox one's with double score.

THANKS MS. I don't expect anything from MS and I will never buy Xbox console again.

 

Halo WC Voices of War Mixpot

Good day!

I have not received the Mixpot reward (Halo 5 Voices of War req pack) for watching the Halo World Championship finals.

My Mixer account is properly linked to my Xbox live account, and I have been able to receive Mixpot rewards in the past. I have watched the entire finals via the Mixer Xbox One app.
