I still didn't get my achievement

I checked all comments in this site and didn't find anybody who had the same problem like me.Every people there had lost nanosuit points before they could unlocked the skills.The difference in my problem is the fact that I unlocked all nanosuit skills
but the achievement didn't pop up.

Now i had that issue too with Quantum Break , it took few months to see it up to date… If you are sure you dit the achievement, its recorded for sure but be patient to get the update...

How to contact with them ?

You need to see what person was logged in. That happens at times so it pretty much went to his account. Dont think its anything you can do about that.
