    I still can't get solitaire to recognize my yr account.


    I have been unable to use the premium version since Sept......... tryed the fixes suggested .....with no luck ..........I uninstall .........and reinstall .....no change. I paided extra for no ads.......and I'm still putting up with ads ...........either
    fix it .........or give me my money back.

    I am having the same problem. I can't log into the Solitaire Collection game as it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, which I do. It tells me that I'm not not logged in to my XBOX account and I can't log in to it. When I try clicking Solitaire
    Collection, it takes me back to my desktop screen. :S I have had this problem since yesterday (November 4) and today it's still the same.

    I am also on Windows 8.1.
