    I still can’t connect game pass to my achievements


    Ive been having this problem for a few days now, ive reset my console twice. What else can i do? I dont want to miss out on the rewards for my achievements..

    Cant send a message to the link you provided.. But this is whats been going on I can’t access game pass achievements on my Xbox one and the game pass app does not show the quests

    Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    I know you mentioned that you already reset your console twice but when you reset it, did you go with the options to
    delete everything? If you haven't already done so, lets go with that option.

    Again, if you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [Delete Everything]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. You will need to redownload your profiles, games and apps. Let us know if this helps!
