i still can not deposit my rewards credits??

I am still experiencing the same issue i posted about a couple months ago. is there any update on when this might be resolved?

I am getting a message when I log in that says my account needs updating to make a deposit. I've checked the account and it looks complete, please advise how to proceed thank you.

Hello ,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Those servers are sending us all your billable accounts, and not prioritizing the billable account you would like your deposit in. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information
is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point
in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. Since this error is causing your information to not be received, adjusting your information will not solve this issue. The prompt asking you to check your information is a generic troubleshooter
that will not work for this particular situation. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Need my deposit

Can some one please deposit my rewards. My name in xb1 is DFG CREPPER JAM. I've been waiting since May 15th and still had not gotten my rewards. It also does not say when I will deposit or If I can make an early deposit. Btw I'm using my 2nd account but
is my main account (DFG CREPPER JAM) with all my 5500 points

While we have seen some users with this error receive sporadic deposits, it does not look like our other team has provided a full resolution for this issue. We have not received an update from this team on when this resolution will be completed. Apologies
for the inconvenience. When they provide their fix for this issue, your deposits should continue as normal.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

Therefore, that 32 pound deposit is your 50,000 Credit deposit. You can see a statement of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Keep in mind that lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes credits that have been deposited as well as any that may still be pending. You can check your statement on the MyRewards section
of the site to see if any have been deposited and when. You can verify deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com
