    I started a repair request for my xbox one a few days ago.


    Good evening,

    I started a repair request for my xbox one a few days ago, I received an e-mail and microsoft stayed from sending me another one in a maximum of 24 hours, but it's been more than 24 hours and I still have not received anything. The e-mail that has been sent
    to me refers to the Posting Authorization of the Post to send the product. What do I do ???

    Xbox one won't read disc

    so it started a few days ago I don't know what to do don't want to sen it in for 115$ repair tried the power settings and that didn't help at all any other ideas?

    The email you received, what was Microsoft telling you? What were they making you wait 24 hours for?

    I can't quite understand what you mean by "Microsoft stayed from sending me another one in a maximum of 24 hours", and "Posting Authorization of the Post to send the product".

    Have you shipped out your console to the repair center yet? They should have given you a shipping label to do so.

    Why don’t you send it in for repair or exchange it?

    One day a few days ago my game would freeze for 1 second and have that buzzing sound but it was only for a second and it only happened a few times that one day.

    elite controller handle grip coming off

    The grip of my elite controller started coming off a few days ago, I keep trying to contact Microsoft about it but it's impossible, they send me to a website if I want to request a replacement controller and when I enter the number on the controller it says
    it does not match the code for an Xbox product.
