I spent 59.99 and 44.99 and haven't received my credits, it's saying I'm at 0 and have 0 ...

For me its acting like i haven't even played the game. For example, it says i've played Borderlands the Presequel for almost 20 hours, but i'm at 0% progress and 0 everything else, so according to the game i've spent almost 20 hours in the beginning location
doing nothing at all

Hello so I received £30 from that reward but those 5k are still missing it says You have 0 Credits - 5,000 Credits so i dont have them when will i have them

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since both those purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP payback.

I do have the same problem, Rewards Member since the middle of 2016 and till today i haven't gotten any Point...
