  1. I spent $294 dollars since Feb 3 2017, still no credits or deposits incoming!


    I just got off the phone with 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They told me to come here. I've been buying a lot of games lately and been curious about my rewards that I should be getting back. All my rewards I'm owed go back to Feb 3, 2017. At 10%, 5-star, what i'm owed
    is 29,000 credits or $29.00 dollars. However, for the entire time my rewards meter should have been growing its been stuck at saying I only have 1,000 credits and I could order a early deposit for 3-30-17, pffff really?. I really want to know whats going on
    with my rewards. I'd really like to spend it on something right now as a matter of fact. Someone Plz help!

  2. Gem to credit conversion rate

    i spent 500 of my gems on 10000 rewards credits just the other day but i still have 294 left and there is no way to spend them left since prizes are always out of stock. Thes 294 gems could have been almost 6000 reward credits but because you guys have the
    conversion rate wrong and dont restock prizes im going to only get 294 rewards credits, itstead of 6000. This is really ridiculous and as a company that cares about its customers this should be righted immedietly.

    Anime rewards not on punch card

    spent over 80 dollars and have only 1 punch on the card. 66 dollars spent on the 7 or 8th of feb.

  5. thats funny, the rep walked me step by step to post in this exact thread. I posted another topic in the support forum for preview members since your recommendation. I love how when its our money on the line we get a big run around then finally get sent to
    the revolving door of forums were we can merely hope someone will see our problem, seems shady.

  6. It isn't a run around... There is a "discussion" forum and a "support" forum. This is the discussion forum of Xbox Live Rewards and it's not monitored by staff. You just need to re-post but change the sub-type to "Support".

    In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
    should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......
