I somehow have 2 gamertags(I dont remember creating either of them) but I can't access the...

So I got my old computer back, and I'm still signed in Minecraft Launcher here, and this is what it shows (upper left corner):





And when I click on ***PII REMOVED*** gamertag it directs me to here:





And when I again sign in with the same account (there is NO other), this is what it takes me back to:





I can't run away from this ***PII REMOVED*** gamertag! Can't remove it either, same thing happens.

I already contacted Minecraft Support but they told me to contact Microsoft, since this happened due to migration of the account. Please help.

So you see, there is my username right there, ***PII REMOVED***, I just can't access it! What do I do?

I don't understand. I have been singing in with Microsoft everytime. When I do, license isn't showing. It says I need to buy Minecraft Java Edition. What credentials are you talking about?

3. May we know if you have tried to sign in to your two accounts through Minecraft website?
   
   • If you haven't tried, please see the steps below:
     
     • Go to this link: Log in | Minecraft
       
       
       
       
       
     • From the screenshot, select the button with red line if you are using Microsoft account.
       
     • For the purple line, you will use this part if you are signing in to Mojang account.

Upon checking the screenshot, you shared, indeed you are only being routed to one account in your Minecraft Launcher. We recommend you to open a browser and visit this link: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login

Make sure to select the green button from the site:



Then sign into the email account you know your account where the Minecraft license has been associated with.

Next, you will need to sign in and check if the license shows on the site you are visiting.

That credentials should be completely different from the email address you showed to us to sign into different Minecraft account. (Please do not provide your email address)
