    so I recently got suspended from Xbox live communication. It was for 24 hours, so I wait a day not talking to anybody on Xbox, I wake up and now it's a week. Tried contacting Xbox enforcement and they upheld it. Just trying to figure out how this could
    happen and how it's my fault to get suspended for another week.

  2. Suspension while I was suspended?

    I was recently suspended for a day, had no communication with any players, no problems. I wake up the next day to talk to my friend in a Xbox live party and got another error. I checked on Xbox live enforcement had them review it cause it's saying I was
    communication suspended when I couldn't talk to anybody at all while I was suspended. They upheld it. Is this fair? How can I contact them and talk to them about it.

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    HERE
    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    That said, it sounds like you've already submitted a Case Review and it was upheld, so there is nothing that can be done, but wait for the suspension to end.

    Can't file a case review for child : response from enforcement team

    This is how the reporting system works and how you can be suspended while currently serving a suspension.

    1. Report A comes in to the enforcement team they investigate it (can take up to 2 weeks to investigate depending on how many reports they get) and give you a 7 day suspension from the date they finish their investigation for Report A.

    2. Report B comes in for a different rule infraction during the 2 week period that they are investigating report A and they investigate that infraction and deem that there was a rule infraction so they put another suspension on the account for that infraction
    that happened to start 2 days after your Report As suspension started.

    See this all happens because it takes time from the date a report is made for the enforcement team to investigate the report to make sure there was a rules violation.

    So can you still explain to me why I got this harassment thing when I couldn't talk to anyone for those two days? It still very confuses me

    Why you got another suspension while currently on a suspension.

    basically in a nutshell what i was trying to say in my explanation is that suspensions are not an immediate thing when a report is made it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate the report so say you got reported today and it takes the enforcement
    team 5 days to investigate and put a suspension on your account if there was a rules violation. well and say in 2 days there is another report made for a different rule violation and it takes them 5 days to investigate that one. At the end of the first investigation
    they would suspend your account for the first violation. then at the end of the second investigation they would put a second suspension on the account for the second violation. which would make it look like you got suspended again while you were already suspended
    but in reality it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate each report.

    It's very possible, since enforcement actions don't happen right away. There was another violation that was acted upon during your Enforcement action, but you would need to file a Case Review to be able to obtain more information.

    I accidentally appealed my suspension and it got denied can I write another appeal?

    But I got banned for no reason. I got a ban on the 6th April for something legitimate however I got another ban on the 7th April with the same account even though I wasn't able to play on it. It doesn't make any sense to me.
    Most suspensions are retroactive meaning they dont always occur on the same day as the actual offense so its possible to be given another suspension while already serving a current suspension.

    So what got you suspended on the 7th likely happened before your suspension started on the 6th.
