Hello Stefanie I have been told by the person I sold my XBOX one to that they can't connect because the console has a permanent ban??? I don't even know what it is how it got registered on my Xbox serial number. 215090444048 Why does it have a ban on it?

I have never heard of such a thing?? This account was active in 2014 is there still a way to check it out and know why it is banned? Ethan was 13 he is now 22. Who does it? How does it happen and why??? for examples of what is a permanent ban offense.?

Permanent bans cannot be reversed. I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done.

you should look under your sons account on https://enforcement.xbox.com to find out why it may have been banned

I'm so sorry but we do not have any information as the only department that handles all suspensions is the Xbox enforcement team. No one in the community nor customer support is capable of assisting with suspensions or enforcement actions.
