So, I was trying to get help from this random guy on the game Rocket League. He kept saying no and then a few minutes later he invited me to his party, I joined his party and he and his friends told me to "f**k off, you stupid scammer." Of course there's
no way to prove this because it was in a party and I didn't have my Elgato on. I sent him a message afterwards saying that he is no help to the community and called him a ****. Now since when is **** a swear worthy of a 7 day mute? If there is anyway to get
this reduced/removed and my account cleaned please help me with that. This is ridiculous. This would also be a lot easier if there was a support E-mail that i could use instead. That virtual helper was no use at all and made me more frustrated then satisfied.
I also googled the definition of ****.

The word **** is widely used as a derogatory epithet, especially in British English, referring
to a person considered obnoxious or stupid.[1][2] It is also used informally as a verb in British
English to mean "to hit or punch a person".

Didn't realize stupid and obnoxious were mute worthy words.

Quick help needed, with billing query.

Hi TheVariance - If you'd like to find out what the amount was debited for you can visit
http://billing.microsoft.com it shows you a detailed statement of what was charged and what happened. If you believe this was unauthorized please call Microsoft and have them open a case and start an
investigation. You can do this by simply going to
http://support.xbox.com/ and on the top left make sure the Country that you are in is showing up correctly, and then look at the right where it says "Contact Us", click that and simply scroll down and click e-Mail or Call - you would want to use the Call
option since that is a quicker resolution that going back and forth via e-Mail. Hope that helps!

Merging old xbox live account with new Microsoft account

I recently created a new Microsoft account with my new laptop, using my main e-mail address. My old xbox live account I've had for over 10 years (since I was an immature teen) has mostly made up info with silly names and password has all my xbox points
and achievements and gaming related stuff on it. Any way I can merge the accounts so I can use my main e-mail address instead of signing into 2 different accounts? I'd rather not use my gaming e-mail account anymore, nor would I want to swap accounts back
and forth.

You can change the e-mail (the answer is YES!!!)

You go in your account go to your register and change the e-mail (warning!!! if you want to change the e-mail that e-mail don´t have be atached whif no account in XBL, because you can´t use the same e-mail for 2 accounts).

If you don´t have that problem is just change and wait the e-mail of confirmation

And go to WLA management and use the remove account tool for the Unwanted account

If you have already use the e-mail you want in the "unwanted account" you have to do a little marathon...first go to account you want to delete and change there the e-mail (put a non used e-mail, just to speed up the process you can open a new e-mail in
some free e-mail service...after changed now you can change the e-mail in your "main" account and put the e-mail you wish and after changes the e-mail of both accounts you can dlete the Unwanted account by WLA if you cant knok the adress go to xbox. com account
management and in the low page option you have account management there you can manage your account.

Thanks, that link is how I got here. They do not offer an e-mail address that I can simply shoot something to them and hope for mercy and understanding. A support e-mail is really all I've wanted but have been unsuccessful so far.

Hi,

If you received the e-mail, simply press Reply from your e-mail box and type the message and go to Send. It shouldn't matter what the originating e-mail is as that's used to add your reply to the ongoing ticket that's been created for your service request.
