    Hey, I'm from Brazil and I have just buyed a xbox live gold card (6 months). So I put the code there and seems everything okay for me to play online. But when I tryed to play online, a message appears on my screen saying that I don't have the privilege to
    access this resource. Please, help me!

    Xbox live gold not working

    When I made my account on the xbox one I signed up for xbox live gold, but I can't play online or get the free with gold games. I have tried to repurchase the membership but it says I can't because I already have one.

    Hi there,

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    But what is the use of a xbox live gold trial if you can't play online?

    On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.

    Why can't I play any games on Xbox Live?

    You need a gold subscription in order to play on Live. You can sign into Live with a silver subscription in order to download content, but you can't actually play online without a gold subscription.

    To play online you need Xbox live GOLD. If you have the free account or the Xbox live silver account then you can't play online. So I'm sorry but you're going to have to pay for Xbox live Gold in order to play online. I hope this helped!
