    I signed into the wrong account when redeeming code


    So I had a different microsoft account that I signed into without thinking that it wasnt my xbox live account. It redeemed the year code onto the wrong account. I just want to know what I need to do to switch the year over to the right account?

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    Are there any other Xbox Live profiles signed into your Xbox One console that may have redeemed the code? When redeeming codes, always make sure you are signed into the correct account.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an with a code you redeemed on an account you did not intend to redeem it on. Unfortunately, when you redeem a code it can not be moved to another account. In order to use the content for your code
    you must sign into the account it was redeemed on.

    Unfortunately, Xbox Support are unable to transfer a code once its been redeemed.

    "Important Before you redeem your code, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your device or browser. Codes that are redeemed on the wrong account cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account by Xbox Support."

    Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done about that once the code has been redeemed.

    Nothing is transferable between accounts.
