I signed into the wrong account and purchased something

Unfortunately games cannot be transferred from one account to another.

If you have purchased your digital code from the MS Store, you can try to request a refund through the following link:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

In the event that the refund request is rejected, you must respond to the email they sent explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again. You should also know that game refunds must be made before the 14 days are up.

Hi, when I went to look it said I have no purchases in "all avalible" but I bought mincraft java with the sme microsoft account I am signed into here. Did I do something wrong?

I can sign in with other peoples account. Something is wrong with xbox live account

Thank you for the reply, I thought that that would be the approach to get it to work too. But it doesn't seem to be the case.

Console B - is designated as the home XBox and it is signed in using the Child account.

Console A - is signed in using the Adult account.

If I go to Console B and attempt to launch a game that was purchased previously using the adult account then the message "Something went wrong Sign in with the account that purchased the game or installed the app, or if the game has a trial version that
has expired purchase the game from the Microsoft Store. For detailed instuctions, select Help."

So I'm still confused as to why this is still not the case.

I have to same problem i just bought xbox live but i cant sign in it says that there's something wrong with my account or something like that
