Hi, I do have xbox live on my xbox one s account but I don't on my old xbox 360 accounts as I don't use them anymore.

I did it. But now I have another problem.

When I start xbox 360 game it shows me screen Getting your Xbox 360 info, but my profile never signed in.

So now I can play game but without my saves, achievements etc. The Emulator or game itself think that my xbox one s haven’t any profile on HDD.

• You can play disc based Xbox One and BC games on a Series X. The Series S does not have a Blu-ray drive. Series S is a digital only console. You can't play discs on it.
• Xbox accounts work on Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows 10, Series X and S. All you need to do is sign in. All your digital games/DLCs, achievements and save games come with you. You don't need a separate account for Series X/S. In addition, your Xbox account
  will continue to function on any of your old consoles. You just won't be able to sign in on two devices with one account at the same time.

When I select join the backwards compatibility it sends me to a section to sign up for xbox live when I already do a 3 month plan. I'm signed in and verified, but I don't see the xbox 360 games on my xbox one games for gold section. Am I missing something?
I don't see any ready to install xbox 360 games on my xbox one either even though I have dozens linked digitally to my account.

I redeemed the code on my xbox one and couldn't find the game anywhere. Signed into my xbox account on my laptop and found the game listed as an xbox 360 game under my games, I don't have a 360. Tried all the things that you suggested and although on both
the PC store and the xbox one store the game was discounted from $54.99 to $24.99 it wasn't free on any. Is there any way to access the game?? ):
