I sign in then get signed back out

When you say "I restarted . I unplugged it..." does that mean you preformed a "How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console" ? That's a good start, but
there maybe a few more things to try. May I suggest checking >Settings >All Settings >Network >Network settings >Detailed network statistics and running
Test multiplayer connection. If that's "all good", then I recommend you try deleting and "re-add" your account/profile
back to your Xbox. Also, it maybe worth double-checking the status of your account a the
Enforcement page.

Have you tried deleting the profile (not the saves) and redownloading it? This could help you.

Try uninstalling the app, then re-install it, and try starting the app and logging back in. See if that fixes it.
