    I sick of the enforcement team suspending the wrong people


    Ok so I got reported repeatedly by a hacker and glitcher and I reported him and reported and nothing the enforcement team suspends me instead of the hacker and glitchers they don’t pay attention at all in the games that we gamers play and I filed a case
    review to explain my side of the story and they turned my story down for the hackers story

    Sick of enforcement team

    hey everyone read this and let's me know what your opinion is.

    So my account was band from all communications recently for 20days because of reasons unknown by myself.

    There was several conversations from angry gamers that lost in the game "for honor" and when I was replying I made sure not to use any swear words or racialist remarks in all of my replies (but they did). The next day I'm not able to party chat with any
    of my friends or use any of the social media on my Xbox One.

    Also there is no way I can contact the enforcement team to discuss this with them.

    Any thoughts/ story's of your own you just want to vent about?

    You do realise that the enforcement team have been suspending people for using foul language for several years?

    It's not something new.

    First You will never know the outcome of a report made against another player the enforcement team will not let you know of their investigation of any player that you reported to them.

    Second just because someone reported you does not mean that you will automatically be suspended when a report happens the enforcement team investigates the report and if there was a violation of the code of conduct that is when they put the suspension on
    the account if there was not a violation of the code of conduct then they will not suspend the account.

    Even if someone starts something with you if you retaliate in anyway that violates the code of conduct then you can be suspended.

    Since the enforcement team has upheld the suspension when you filed the case review all you can do at this point is ride out the suspension till the end.

    Falsely Reported For Cheating

    Read the code of conduct & you wont get any questions wrong.

    The enforcement team don't just suspend people for fun,you did something at some point in the past.

    even tho it is wrong, you will get no response at ALL from the enforcement team as they do not read any forum OTHER than the one where people ask why they are suspended/banned sorry.

    No, it does not have to be true. Phone support are constantly giving wrong information when it comes to these forums. They have constantly told people to "out" a cheater on the forums, despite that being against the forum rules.

    It was more likely that it was a forum moderator, not an Xbox staff member who suspended you from the forums. As to why you were suspended, you could PM on of the mods to ask them. The enforcement team only suspended (or ban) people from Xbox Live itself.

    Sorry but the enforcement team are for people that break code of conduct and are suspending/banning accounts. There are not part of the legal team, So they are not a law enforcement.
