    I shut down my Xbox one s accidentally twice, will it broke my console.


    Just today, because of the plug，I shut down my Xbox one s accidentally while gaming and loading. Will it remian some issues on my Xbox? I heard the original Xbox one adapted some special design for those accidents, and make it stronger than other window
    pc. I want to ask whether this special design also exist on the Xbox one s?

    XBOX One Dust cover/Damage

    I have an XBOX One S which I keep a dust cover on. I was moving things around, hit the controller and accidentally turned the console on. About 10 minutes late I noticed, removed the cover and shut the console down. The vent area on top felt a little warm,
    but there were no signs that anything was wrong. I am probably worrying unnecessarily but could I have damaged my console at all?

    Xbox One doesn't power off at times.

    So every once in a while, I've been noticing more as of late, when I power off my Xbox One from my controller, the TV will go black as if the Xbox has shut down but then the Xbox light on the console will just flicker on and off, and the controller remains on. Then weird enough I have to hold the button down on the controller again, it vibrates, and I press A even though the TV is still black, and then it shuts off.

    Did it twice yesterday. Has this been happening to anyone else lately?

    I don't think that will cause issues yet I suggest you to take better care of your console if you wish many years of happy gaming!

    no, it won't cause any lasting effects. What you 100% DON'T want to do is unplug it while you're doing an update. During a game is really no different than a hard reset when the console freezes up. The cached data is purged most of the time. But Daze
    is right...your console needs TLC! take care of it and it will take care of you!

    no, it won't cause any lasting effects. What you 100% DON'T want to do is unplug it while you're doing an update. During a game is really no different than a hard reset when the console freezes up. The cached data is purged most of the time. But Daze
    is right...your console needs TLC! take care of it and it will take care of you!

    Can I cover my Xbox One in energy-saving power mode?

    Also once the console has shut down make sure you unplug it from the mains power.

    This will prevent accidental switch ons. If the console was switched on accidentally while covered it will overheat
