    How do you get help for not receiving. Items you bought and got charged for with out being told to call back in the next 24 hours ? I miss the 1 800 my xbox number they actually. Helped

    When you purchase something, you should’ve gotten a receipt that might even show a tracking number. Make sure you have that as well when you call so that they can try to figure out where this product is
