    I shouldn't be suspended


    I was playing rainbow so siege when a kid kept trash talking me and people In our game and talk about his boyfriend then he started tellin me my family doesn't ove me and to go **** because I'm a useless piece of trash and my family hates me. So I call him
    out on being gay and he just goes off more then five minutes later Inge the message that I'm suspended if any enforcement team people see this please help me

    so we were playing rainbow six siege and EL3M3NTAL1TY kept team killing me for no reason

    when i asked why he didnt responed

    and he killed me again

    so i called him a C**t

    and after that i received the notice on my suspension

    i feel as he provoked the engagement i shouldn't be punished

    You shouldn't retaliate online when being harassed, just report that person or block him from further abuse. If you retaliate you are using abuse as well so you risk a suspension if XBLPET investigates your activity. Read the Code of Conduct and reflect
    on your behavior.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but it doesn't matter who started it. If you retaliate in a way that violates the code of conduct, you risk being punished as well.
    thats another thing i have no option for a case review

    if it's only 24hours then yes there is no appeal because it's 24-48 hours before they get back to you and your suspension would be over

    AAa mentioned you admitted to violating the terms of use and as smuwtches mentioned it doesn't matter who starts the fight if reported everyone will be punished for violations
