I should not have been suspended

I was wrongly reported for the third time when a kid in rainbow six started mouthing of because I died then he was talking about his boyfriend and insulting me so I called go out on being gay and he went off telling me my family hates me and wants me dead
and o go **** because I'm a useles piece of trash and abou five minutes later unfit a message telling me in suspended if any enforcement members read this I sent in two reviews explaining this and if we could talk it would be great and thank you for reading

Why Have I Been Suspended

Hello xbox customer support! When I got home from Easter break I tried playing xbox and A messaged appeard on my screen saying you have been suspended untill 12/31/9999? I dont know why exactly why this happend but before I had gone out of
town for Easter I was playing a SnD game on MW2 and a person was geeting upset with me because I kept killing him. So him being mad he threatned me saying he was going to call microsoft and get me banned, I dont know if this is why I am banned but for some
reason I am! My gamertagg is ZnS ReFleX if you would please reply to this most giving me information on why my account has been suspended. Because
ive always loved playing xbox and enjoying online with friends. I also have a credit card on my account and dont want it to keep being charged if im not going to be alowed to acced my account!

Why have i been suspended?

For some reason ive been suspended from xbox live communication and i don't know why. I'm pretty mad at this since i haven't done anything wrong, my bio is clean, i use decent language and i have hardly any interaction with players outside my friends list.
First it said i was banned for a day and now I'm suspended for a week. I'm looking for help to be unsuspend my account.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You do not get suspended for "false reports",in fact anyone who abuses the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

If you have already done that then you need to wait for the decision.If it is upheld then all you can do is wait out your suspension.

 

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

I was playing fortnite playground mode and we got into a game I said take the L be a cause he left but I put a sign saying it's ok though and he calls me a durtbag with no life I said no you then he told me to shut up I though he took what he said affencive
so why did he say it to me then I said no you again and he took it way to far asking if I was high then he said hes way smarter than me basically calling me dumb so I called him a little kid because he was being immature then he called me a very bad name puss
and he said get some help then he told me to go cry then he called me dumb again.

Please take away my suspension I just want to be able to talk to my cousin and play fortnite. He was in the wrong he just dident like me so he wanted me to get banned.
