Discus and support I should be able to have my account back. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So, I got an Xbox One for Christmas and I had an Xbox 360 before this.     I should be able to have my account back.


    So, I got an Xbox One for Christmas and I had an Xbox 360 before this. I can't recover my account from the 360 because the email was through hotmail. I shouldn't be losing all of my purchases from the 360 and have to completely restart what I had
    done. I should be able to have my account carry over so I can have all of my achievements, friends, and my gamertag. In all honesty I am very close to selling my Xbox One and buying a PS4 as there hasn't been any of these problems with losing accounts. You
    guys at Xbox have really [Mod Removed] the bed on this one. Just because my 360 was linked to a hotmail account shouldn't mean that I lose all of my stuff when I "upgrade" to the "better" console.

    Would I be able to get an old account back?

    A few years ago I lost my account to some random people that tricked me into doing something. They ended up taking my account and I wanted to know if I could still get it back.

    your chances of getting your account back is slim. the only way you could get back is if you call xbox support and file unauthzio access claim.

    No one on the forums has access to specific account information. Due to the limited help Xbox has atm because of the pandemic it could take a while.

    If it's showing you a different account on your new computer, that only means that you're using a completely different account from your old computer.

    Could you still access your old computer? If so, kindly check your account there from the Microsoft Store. It may have a different email address.

    If you have multiple email addresses or accounts, please check them one by one as one of them might have your correct game profile.

    They should be able to remove them. Hell if people can hack accounts and get banned for unlocking achievements through the use of hacks. What makes removing them any harder? Then again I also thought I'd have my account back and after waiting almost 5 months.
    There seems to be no end in sight on getting my account back.
