    I shipped my xbox wtih all accessories cables and control and recevied back from xbox support just the console.

    Advance replacement orders/when you guys receive your replacement and let people know what to except.

    Yep, you just get a new console. The rep I spoke with send you had to send everything back (including the accessories). Microsoft finally shipped back the console without the accessories. All I get is some half *** assurances from their other reps that
    my accessories would be sent in separate shipment from the console within 10 days, no tracking number. I originally shipped by broken console (it was a hardware defect, it wouldn't boot up properly) on 12-12-13. I received the console on 12-18-13, with no
    wires, controller, kinect sensor, etc. Of course the reps never let you talk to a manager whenever I call. This has been a total *** show on Microsoft's part. I just have to wonder how many lawsuits their legal team is going to get bombarded with....

    My Repaired Xbox One Console - Accessories not received

    I sent my Xbox One back to the Microsoft Service Center. I shipped the Xbox One back in its entirety, with the wires, the controller, the sensor, etc. At the time the Xbox site was having issues and I wasn't able to get my shipping label or confirmation
    email. The person I spoke with on the phone when I did my original service request told me to send everything back. The next day I got the shipping label, went to a FedEx store and dropped it off. After I dropped it off, I got the confirmation email from
    Microsoft just to send the console back by itself. So I called them again to let them know that I shipped my Xbox One console back with the accessories. They told me I would be fine and would note it along with my original service request #. So a week a
    later, I get an email letting me know the Xbox One has been shipped. When I get home form work, I get the console by itself, with no wires, no sensor, no controller, etc. I called back Xbox Support and they tell me within 10 days they will ship all my accessories
    back to me, yet there's no tracking number, etc. When I check my service request number online, it says that the console has been shipped, so essentially it looks like the issue has been resolved but, it definitely hasn't. I wouldn't even know where to start
    by ordering the wires because it seems the accessories shipped with the Xbox One Console are probably long gone, deep in warehouse somewhere in Texas. Do I have any other recourse but to sue Microsoft at this point? Please help!!?!

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but when you send a console in for repair they do tell you to only send the console (no accessories, etc.) because there is no guarantee you will get anything else back. 1-800-4my-xbox

    Hi Quaverful!

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this question. When it comes to a standard exchange for out of warranty devices, once you set up the exchange, you should receive an email containing a shipping label for transit. You'll then need to pack up
    your console ONLY. Don't send any of your cables or accessories (like controllers, games, etc), just the console itself. Here is a link with some info about How
    to pack your Xbox console, Kinect sensor, or Xbox accessory for shipping.


    Once the console is received by the service center, they'll inspect it and then will ship you back a working console. It most likely will be a refurbished console, which means a recycled outer shell and all new inner components so that you'll essentially
    get a new console on the exchange. Once you receive it, you'll use your existing cables, etc to get back in the game!

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories
    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
