    I shipped my xbox one to the return address by accident


    Hey guys,

    I did an advanced exchange and forgot to print out the shipping label and sent my console back to where it came from in Mira Loma California instead of the Microsoft Returns Center in Texas. I'm such an idiot. It was successfully delivered to Mira Loma overnight
    but naturally the returns center still hasn't gotten hold of it.. It's been over a month. On their end they tell me it's in transit but I don't know where it is or how it's even supposed to get to Texas. Do you think it might make it there?

    Xbox One Shipping, I messed up?

    I shipped off my Xbox that just had the HDD fail (I'm pretty sure), and being me, I failed to follow the instructions. I was unaware of some of the simple things I had to do, such as Writing the return address on the shipping label and Using
    a new box that isn't marked under     "Xbox".

    Is there somewhere/someone I can get into contact with to get my address established, so I can have my new Xbox sent to the correct address? Or will they use the records automatically to determine my address (with my Microsoft account)?

    Thanks in advance, I need to know asap because I shipped it off on Monday.

    If its already been over 1 month and it still just shows in transit id say its safe to say its lost. I would first speak with the carrier to see if they can find it but if microsoft doesnt get that console returned they will charge you for it if they havent

    If you still have the label it will have the tracking number so you can find where it is. You will want to contact the shipper and xbox support. You can reach xbox at 1800-4My-Xbox or 1-800-469-9269 and see if they have received it or if they can help with
    the package that was lost in transit.

    If you still have the label it will have the tracking number so you can find where it is. You will want to contact the shipper and xbox support. You can reach xbox at 1800-4My-Xbox or 1-800-469-9269 and see if they have received it or if they can help with
    the package that was lost in transit.

    You would need to contact support directly to have them send you a shipping label. You can definitely still contact them. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not
    seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic. Billing options will typically always have those available.

    There was not a chat option and after 3 times of requesting a call back, I gave up. I was told the three times, that I should expect a call back within 1 minute.
