I am trying to set up my xbox live gold account on my son's xbox 360. I set up the account using my iPad and them set up the xbox smart glass on my iPad. Right after I did those things I went to sign in to xbox live on the xbox and it keeps saying that
my info is for a different console. We cannot find anywhere on the xbox to figure out how to fix it. So annoying! Please help!

Wrong Gamertag ON Console

I am trying to set up Xbox live for the first time. I set it up online with a computer and it assigned a gamertag. I upgraded to a gold membership. When i go to my profile on my console and put my microsoft info in it associated it with it but assigned
a different gamertag and shows xbox live free instead of the gold membership. Please help.

XBOX Live Subscription not showing up while playing on XBOX One

I purchased a Live Gold membership for one year from Walmart, I then followed the instructions to input the info on my XBOX One and voila!, I am now a gold XBOX Live member, and then 24hrs later, I am no longer a mamber and XBOX Live keeps telling me I need
to join. What the heck is going on?

The closest notification I can find is "Gamertag was last signed in on another console". If this is the message you're getting, you can find out more about this here.

my xbox 3 month live gold membership wont work either! it keeps telling me invalid code!!!!

For me, I was able to "buy" the XBox 360 Games with Gold games on the website until THIS September..

And I have both my Paypal and my XBox console set to Austria, as that is where I am from, however XBox Live always tells me to set up a credit card when trying to get my XBox 360 games on my XBox One..

Sorry to hear it. Xbox One Games with Gold games do require a Gold membership in order to continue playing them. If your membership expires you'll either need to purchase the game or continue on with a new membership.

Xbox 360 Games with Gold games are your to keep regardless of your membership status.
