My Xbox died on Friday at noon and I really need a new one, iv spent the last few days waiting and communicating with support on twitter, they brought me back here. I'm very angry and depressed about my Xbox, but I'm just lucky that I had a few days of warranty
left. i'm very upset that I lost two of my friends "home" Xbox and I now hav to wait till next January to get them back! (any place I can go to get them back?????????) From one of my friends, I got Dying light (via home Xbox) and I bought the season pass for
it, now all I have is the now worthless season pass!! same with black ops III! I'm ranting at this point.....

Shipping Labels

I want to return my xbox one s controller that came with my xbox. I created a returning label with my warranty, and when i try to get my shipping label all that pops up is this [] on a separate window. I contacted microsoft support over the phone and they
said they would email me shipping label. It's been 2 days and I havn't been emailed my shipping label.

Liquid and electronics don't mix. I suggest you set up a console service.

UPS pick up the consoles in bulk.Like I said,if it's being shipped to the U.K. then they are picked up Wednesday so they arrive to the customer on Friday,I would think the day it's collected & delivered varies from country to country.

You need to remember the repair centre in Germany covers repairs for most of Europe so it makes sense that they pick up repaired consoles on certain days for certain countries as it's a big area to cover.

I've received a tracking number on a Friday before but the console wasn't shipped until the following Wednesday.

I worked in the transport industry for a good few years so that helps understanding how it works.

If you have the shipping label and service request you will need to pack your console (See this guide) making sure you do not send any
of the accessories/controllers or cables with the console. After you have packaged the console along with the service request sheet either contact the shipping agent on the label and request the collect the console directly from yourself or use the website
of the shipping agent to see if there is a local retailer who accepts parcels on behalf of them.
