I served my ban yet im still banned

Discus and support I served my ban yet im still banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I already served a 2 week ban, and have no open bans on my account according to enforcement.xbox.com yet im still banned please help...     Look at the white privilege work. Banned 100 times yet no ip ban yet. A POC would have been ip sniped 99 bans ago.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support. Customer Support

    If you find out that all your suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    The ban on enforcement.xbox.com says the ban was due to expire on 05/10/15 at 01:19:44. It is past that time and date, yet im still banned?? But when i go on the 360, it says im banned until the 18/10/15. So why have been told two different dates? Very poor
    from the enforcement team...
