I sent my Xbox Series X off for repair and been sent back just console

Well that bit wasn't in my instructions. If it was it wasn't prominent. Either way rather unacceptable they havent sent the cables and controller back as that is a lot of money for me to fork out after paying for the thing in the first place

You would have to keep trying to contact support, but if they come across your items they'll be shipped back separately. my x broke in december. i sent it off to be repaired and they sent it back exactly the same, still broken. ive sent it off to be repaired a second time now. i have zero faith they will fix it. i just want a working console

You just reminded me of when I sent my Xbox One X to get repaired in the Germany repair centre a few years back and even though my console was still under warranty, they sent me a refurb back.

It wasn't hard to work out it was a refurb they had sent to me as the serial number on the sticker on the back of the console didn't match the the serial number in the console info in the console settings.

Standard practice.If it's quicker to send you a refurb then that's what they do if it's a in warranty repair.

Agree with the op,the cost of an out of warranty repair has always been way to high.

No one here can tell you that as this is primarily a user based forum made of gamers such as yourself.

Why cant you call support? You would need to continue to work with support on this.
