Hello Bryce, the console is replaced by another refurbished one, so the shipping and receiving process is usually fast depending on the country and region.

My console suddenly stopped being able to complete updates and game installs. I sent it in to get serviced, and they said it's all good and sent it back to me. The problem persisted, and after another lengthy phone call with customer service, I sent it BACK to Microsoft for servicing. As I was removing my Series X, I noticed the rear panel wasn't reassembled properly, and was warping the top plate of my console. Microsoft is currently in possession of my unit, and they have the audacity to tell me the damage is my fault, and out of warranty. They won't even service it and is sending it back to me DAMAGED. Thanks for nothing service. I was expecting repair or replacement but no. Getting my extra faulty console back after two weeks of it in transit AND NOT FUNCTIONAL

Does anyone known, how long it would take to get my Series X back fixed or a new one sent to me? The only reason why I haven't sent mines in yet, is because I've taken extremely good care of my Series X since I got it. There's no fingerprints or scratches on my console, I take care of my stuff. With that being said, I'm just afraid of getting my original console back with marks all over it and being sent back to me saying there's nothing wrong with it. I can almost guarantee that, the Series X shouldn't be making ticking noises while just sitting on the home screen idle. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I sent in my xbox series x for a warranty fix and it came back even worse. Love spending this type of money on a brick console and then paying for xbox game pass.. makes my night so fun!
